How do we collect information from you?

We only collect information from you when you volunteer it via telephone, or in person and request the use of our Home Delivery Service. We do not use email or any "online" information collection services.

What information do we collect?

Depending on your requests we may collect the following data from you:

  • Your name
  • Your Address including Postal Code
  • Your Credit or Debit card details.

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

• To determine whether we can provide you with our Home Delivery Service
• Full payment for the foods ordered (and if to be delivered, also the delivery surcharge).

How do we protect your information?

We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.

Your Names & Addfress along with your Card details will be retained in case their is a dispute of the monies applied to your card.

We use a remote terminal connected by Internet connectiont o our card proicessing service, to process all Credit/Debit card payments.

Of course, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.

Cookies

Do we use cookies?

Yes, we use Session Cookies, i.e. they will be destroyed by your device after you close the browser and brealk the connection between us. Note: Just closing the Tab will not destroy the Session Cookie.

Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. By using this site, you are consenting to the use of cookies.

In our case, the Cookies identify electronically your device (from many simultaeous connections) so that we may deliver to you the pages you have asked to see via the 2 menus on our site.

If you block Cookies you probably will not be able to use our website as it was designed and may be unable to browse the description & prices for our food.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

Apart from sending your Credit/Debit card details to our Card Processing Service, no we do not.

Occasionally, at our discretion, our website may be linked to third party service providers. Please refer to those service providers for Privacy & Cookie information. We have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.
